How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I export my data?

From any matrix, open the Export tab. You can download a PDF report or Excel workbook at any time.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase with daily automated backups and point-in-time recovery.
