By accessing or using RiskMatrix Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
RiskMatrix Pro is a cloud-based risk assessment platform that allows users to build risk matrices, maintain risk registers, and generate professional reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Accounts are for individual use unless you are on a Team plan.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Upload or transmit malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission • Use the Service to store or process data that violates applicable data protection laws
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes where applicable. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not used the paid features. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will revert to the Free plan. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RiskMatrix Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your risk data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiskMatrix Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
